Swinging the Standards presents the finest quality musical entertainment for your private party, restaurant/cocktail lounge and dining experience. Swinging the Standards was originally started as the Brothers, Ross and Glenn Failla, performing the finest singing interpretations of the Great American Standards including the songs of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett and Bobby Darin and a popular collection of great Oldies from the 60's and 70's.

Ross Failla currently continues the tradition of fine musical entertainment as a solo artist. Ross has enjoyed, studied, and learned this fabulous music over the last several decades and is proud to have been able to meet, talk, and spend time with such legends as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Al Martino, and Tony Orlando. Ross was also good friends with Jerry Hendricks member of the great Drifters. He has met and talked to comedian Tom Dreesen who opened for Frank Sinatra in concert for many years and Jilly Rizzo, Frank Sinatra's right hand man. The musical arrangements are handpicked for each song giving the finest quality to match the original song. All of the performances appear on the Schedule page of this site.

Also, emails are sent out each week prior to the scheduled performances for restaurant engagements to people who have asked to be on the mailing list. Wall/door posters are prepared for each date as well as 4 x 6 small color cards with the dates that can handed out, left on your dining tables, or placed in your bar. All necessary equipment is provided and the performance and attire is presented in a very professional manner. Also, Comprehensive Business Liability Insurance is provided.

The schedule is extremely busy and I have appearances are all over the local area and out of State including Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida. New accounts are always important as well as booking private parties for your special event.
